Ke Nail Studio is a Canadian luxury handmade press-on nail brand. We design, craft, and sell reusable, limited-edition press-on nails and related accessories.
3. Products & Descriptions
All products are handmade and may have slight variations in appearance — this is part of their handcrafted nature and not a defect.
Colours may appear slightly different on screen depending on your device's display settings.
All designs are exclusive and limited edition. Once sold out, a design may not be restocked.
Custom sizing is available; please refer to our sizing guide before ordering.
4. Orders & Payment
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion (e.g., suspected fraud, pricing errors).
Payment must be completed in full before your order is processed and shipped.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We ship within Canada and internationally. Shipping times and costs are displayed at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances outside our control.
Risk of loss passes to the customer upon handoff to the carrier.
6. Returns & Refunds
Due to the hygienic and handmade nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened nail sets.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery with photos, and we will work to resolve the issue.
Custom orders are non-refundable.
7. Product Use & Safety
Our nails are designed for cosmetic use only. Follow all included application and removal instructions carefully.
We use materials that are low-odor, gentle, and eco-friendly; however, if you experience any irritation or allergic reaction, discontinue use immediately and consult a medical professional.
We are not liable for any adverse reactions resulting from failure to follow care instructions.
