Returns & Exchanges

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept exchanges or refunds for change of mind, or for requests to receive a different style or size. Please review your order and measure your nail size carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Faulty Items

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact our Customer Service team immediately at kenailstudioluxury@gmail.com. You will be asked to return the damaged or faulty set(s) back to us. In this case, refunds will not be issued. Instead, we will send you a replacement set, either the same design as the damaged one or the correct set from your original order.
